TalkPad is a communications platform that businesses (“Customers”) use to send and receive messages, including SMS/MMS. This Privacy Policy explains how TalkPad collects, uses, and shares information from (a) people who use our website and platform, and (b) individuals who receive messages sent by our Customers through TalkPad. When a Customer sends you messages, that Customer is responsible for obtaining your consent and for its own privacy practices; TalkPad processes information on the Customer’s behalf to deliver and manage those messages.

Opt-In Information (Message Recipients): When you opt into receiving messages from a business using TalkPad, you may provide your mobile phone number and (optionally) your name or other information. We may also record the date/time and method of your opt-in, and the messaging program or campaign associated with it.
Message & Usage Data: We may collect message-related data such as sender/recipient numbers, timestamps, delivery status (e.g., delivered/failed), carrier information, error logs, and (if a tracked link is used) link clicks.
Platform Account Information (Customers/Users): If you create or use a TalkPad account, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company details, user role, and support communications. If you purchase paid services, we may also collect billing contact details and transaction records (payment details are typically handled by our payment processors).

If you have questions about why you are receiving messages or want your information removed from that business’s list, contact the business that messaged you. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
If you use a TalkPad account (Platform Users/Customers): ou may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us at contact@talkpad.net, subject to legal and contractual limits.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the Last updated date at the top of this policy.
